These are the terms for using magicalleisure.com and for anything you buy from me. Using the site or buying a product means you are fine with what is below. I have written it the way I would explain it to you rather than the way a contract usually reads, but it still counts.
Magical Leisure is operated by Daniella Riche. "I" and "me" mean Magical Leisure. "You" means you.
I am an experienced mom who plans Disney World trips for families of five and shares how I do it.
Magical Leisure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All Disney trademarks belong to their owners, and any reference to them here is descriptive only, so you know which resort or park I am talking about.
Room categories, bedding, occupancy limits, pricing, ticket costs, dining availability and park policies all change, sometimes without notice. Everything I publish reflects what was true when I wrote it and I work hard to keep it accurate.
Always confirm details directly with Disney before you book or pay for anything. I cannot be responsible for a booking decision based on information that changed after publication.
Everything I sell is a digital product. There is nothing physical and nothing is shipped. After you pay, you get immediate access by email and on the confirmation page.
When you buy, you get a personal license to use it for your own family's trip planning. You are welcome to print it, put it on as many of your own devices as you like, and use it for as many of your own trips as you like.
What you cannot do is share the file, forward the access link, post it anywhere, resell it, or use it in your own business or client work. If you want to use something of mine commercially, email me and ask. I am reasonable.
I intend to keep your files available and updated for as long as I am running this business, and buyers get updated versions at no extra cost. But I cannot promise a specific link will work forever, since the tools I use are not mine. Download your copy and keep it somewhere safe. If a link ever breaks, email me and I will get you a new one.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank. Requests after 14 days I will look at case by case, and I am generally reasonable about it.
Refunds are for genuine dissatisfaction. Repeated buying and refunding, or refunding after clearly having used the material for a whole trip, is not what this is for, and I reserve the right to decline in those cases.
Free guides come with a subscription to my email list, where I send Disney planning advice for larger families and, sometimes, information about things I sell. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
I share what has worked for my family and what I have learned from planning these trips. I cannot promise you will save a specific amount of money, get a specific room, secure a specific dining reservation, or have a particular kind of trip. Disney availability is Disney availability, and your family is not my family.
My products are planning tools and information. They are not financial, legal, medical or travel agency advice, and decisions you make using them are yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to using the site or my products, including trip costs, missed reservations or changed plans. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid me.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited, including consumer protection rights in your state or country.
If you send me a comment, a reply, or feedback, I may quote it or use it in my marketing, with your first name only. If you would rather I did not, just say so and I will not.
The writing, workbooks, guides, videos and design on this site are mine and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy or republish them.
I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do. Whatever terms were in place on the day you bought are the ones that apply to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
